Can you help me get a better deal + Corp discount?

OK, here's the deal:

I was switched to T-Mobile when the company I was with originally was bought by them. I have 4 lines setup: 2 with BBs, 2 without.

Here's what we have setup:

1000 anytime + unl n/w + unl m2m (all lines) - $29.99 each
BIS plan (2 lines) - $15 each
400 txt msgs (2 lines) - $4.99 each
1000 txt msgs (1 line) - $10
Family Allowance feature

I am looking for something that will give us plenty of minutes along with the other features we already have, and know that it will save me some extra money. I already am eligible for savings with my company having a corp discount (10%) available; however, I cannot add that on until I get everyone on T-Mobile minute plans.

I am not afraid to go to retention to make it happen, but I want to know what people are on out there in CB land so I can have the appropriate information to give to the appropriate person(s).

Ideas/Suggestions?

If you sign a 2-year contract, you can probably negotiate for 4 new phones. I'm assuming you have WiFi at home, and I would suggest you get new phones that are all UMA/HotSpot capable. The Unlimited HotSpot Calling that I included above lets you make unlimited UMA calls over WiFi -- they don't count against your plan minutes. I've made UMA calls from home, work, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and of course Starbuck's. Wife and I only burn through half our FamilyTime 700 plan every month; the other 1300 or so daytime minutes we use are UMA.

The codes that Redman makes reference to are the service codes that TMo reps enter in the computer. There are older codes that allow the reps to "grandfather" you into plans and options that used to be offered at a lower price.

I would assume the BlackBerry Curves we have are UMA/HotSpot capable? We have 8320s and they have Wi-Fi, so I am guessing they are.

I have looked at the SOC code thread; that is what inspired me to make the changes.

My biggest concern is that 1000 minute between 4 phones may not be enough. I'll check and see if there is retention family plan for more minutes with that price.

OK ... I got all hooked up!

Spoke with the Loyalty Group and they put me on a 1500 minute family plan for $79.99 (backdated to start of Bill Cycle), FREE MyFaves (also backdated to start of Bill Cycle), Unlimited Family Texting for $9.99, and the BIS plan for both my and my wife's Blackberry Curves for $19.99 each with 1 month free. Also was able to get 2 new phones for my mil and bil.

And as if that wasn't enough, I was able to get a coporate discount (10%, for now) thanks to joining the Freelancers Union!
