Can I use a Torch 9800 with Tmobile prepaid?
Sorry if this has been asked already but most of the post I find are pretty old.
I just wanted to know if a At&t branded 9800 can be used with Tmobile's prepaid $30 plan.

Yes you can, but in most places right now you won't get better than 2G.

App World will work. You don't even need a mobile network data plan for it to work now. WiFi is good enough for the newer versions of AW.
