Can someone please tell me how to if possible to block unwanted text msgs. I am on the do not call list but am starting to get bs text!

This comes up from time to time. Generally the answer is that unless you have a phone number or an email address to track down the offender, you are not going to easily block them. I believe you can turn off all text messaging to your phone but generally that's a rather drastic response ... like cutting off your arm because you got a bruise.

If you have a phone number or an email address from the offender, you can try calling T-Mobile and see if they can block that person. The bottom line is I don't think there is an easy answer to your problem.

Thanx, I kinda thought that would be the answer. I searched a lot of threads and couldn't find anything that would fit this problem!

its either u can block all or none of your text messages. you cannot pick and choose a specific number from which u can block text messages.

Someday this is going to have to be addressed. It's only a matter of time before cell-phone text message spam gets as out of control as email spam.

Some manufacturer or some carrier is going to need to develop some sort of filtering program dedicated to text messaging.
