Hi guys, I cant use bb protect on my bb. it says " your wireless service plan does not include bb protect" . i use 50$ 4g plan+ bis 10$ .Can anyone give me an answer?

That's very strange. I have an old 9700 from years ago that I've been using and it works just fine. To my knowledge, you don't need anything special to use it so I'm assuming anyone with a BB can use it. If you haven't checked out this article on Crackberry, check it out now and I hope it helps in getting some answers if you still haven't fixed your issue.
