Default Blackberry Internet Service

This website keeps giving me the same error over and over. Everytime I click manage blackberry email I get this error:

We apologize, there was an error trying to access the service. Please click here to try again.

I've tried again many, many times. I'm just trying to get the service books sent, can't believe the crappy service tmobile has.

The girlfriend tried to buy the phone in the store 2 days ago, and their computers were down. Then we couldn't add a data plan over the internet because that was down too. Now I can't even get the flipping service books sent to her.

I'm able to look at the service books from the options page, but I see no button or menu item that says send the service books.
