Default BlackBerry Bold 9900?

I realize there is still no release date on this phone for the US but I wanted to find out if it's been confirmed yet if T-Mobile is indeed getting this device?

I've been waiting for months now to get a BlackBerry and I refuse to buy the 9780 because I've already had it and also because apparently there are new phones coming...but this wait is getting to be a bit to much!

RIM is totally carrying on big time and pissing a lot of folks off!

So forgive my rant there lol, but does anyone know if T-Mobile is AT LEAST getting the phone? If not I'm not going to wait around anymore for this...

Yep, 9900 definitely coming to T-mobile; only 4-6 more weeks (hopefully). Still using my 9700, but looking forward to getting 9900 as soon as it hits TMO.

Yes we are getting it. This has been confirmed by many others. I did speak with a rep about it too. They told me that we will likely never get the torch but the 9900 is for sure.

If you are not very far away from the date of your upgrade they will usually honor the upgrade price, just call in and ask.

Yes - T-Mo will be getting the 9900 and with 4G speeds - BUT - if the merger (buyout) goes through with AT&T, what will that mean for the 4G (1700) T-Mobile band? AT&T has said they would use that band to "boost their spectrum" - which means that a T-Mo branded 9900 will have a definite "shelf life" of maybe two years, before the 3G band is taken away by AT&T. This may not matter to many foks, who change phones every 1 or 2 years anyway. But for the others......
