Are you on the TMO flex pay plan? That plan is a pre-paid plan.

You're account will be suspended then, till you pay.
Flex Pay is a prepaid plan, I have it as well.

You pay upfront for the month. So you paid from May-June.
and you'll have to pay from June-July and the July-August. etc.

You pay for the month before hand.

LOL this is just a funny thread. Yes, prepaid means that you pay BEFORE you get to use it.

No, you're ridiculous for signing a contract without knowing what it is.

A FlexPay Annual contract requires the customer to pay their first month's bill up front and every bill there after will be paid up front too. The idea of FlexPay is to prevent the customer from having overages and being unable to pay for their cell phone bill, which would ultimately send the account to collections, thus affecting their credit. Knowing that their account is going to stay at one flat rate with no hidden fees gives the customer peace of mind knowing that they can fit a good cell phone and the perfect plan into their budget.
