its verry easy except we are currently expirencing issues with non t-mobile Blackberrys downloading our service books correctly but all you have to do is go into the TCP/IP settings in advanced options and change the APN to EPC.Tmobile.com and thats all you need to do

Umm, to get full data services (email and web) on the Storm (1 or 2), it is a little more involved than that. It is not hard, but there is a sequence of steps to get the service books installed and registered on the network. There is a thread in the How-To section of the Storm 1 forums.

But Pyrus is right that you should wait - there is a major glitch in the T-mobile system and most of the storms are not working right now. Mine is one of them

I was able to get my storm 2 working today. The problem was exclusive to T-Mobile towers. I traveled and hit a different network towers and it provisioned fine. I resent the service books and voila! Phone works when I go back to T-Mobile towers.

As for getting it to work initially, if you have another blackberry back it up, and restore to the storm. That's what I did with both of mine.
