Default BIS on an unlocked 9650?

I'm with t-mobile on an 8900 with BIS and wanted to know if I could get BIS on an unlocked bold 9650? I was reading about tmobile blocking service to unlocked blackberries but just want to make sure before I make the switch.

The bis site recognized the 9650 and I was able to receive emails but I couldn't use apps like facebook or twitter; and the signal kept goimg from edge to EDGE. Will probably just get the 9700. But thanks for your response man

I have a simple mobile data plan. A friend of mines say I can use any service books from T-Mobile being that it's a sister company. How do I load Service books if I'm not officially a T-Mobile user, and How do I manually load books I retrieved from a Blackberry curve? Also is there a site I can download storm service books? Last but never less, the CrackUtil won't work on my MacBook Pro, any suggestions?
