BIS settings deleted after automatic monthly refill on prepaid Monthly 4G
Hey, anyone familiar with this issue I'm having: after my Monthly 4G prepaid account is automatically refilled every month, the email account on my BB gets deleted, together with all the settings I set on the t-mobile website (like email filters)... I then have to set everything anew, every month. It's so convenient, you cannot imagine! Really adds a simple and pleasurable monthly task... not really... Anyone has got any tips? Thank you!
Maybe this helps understand: after the above happens there's a message on BB "a new BB device was detected. You must move email account to resume email delivery." So it's easy to move account, but I'd have to restore all the filters on the BIS T-mobile settings website. Maybe someone can help, I hope!

If the refill is not done by the carrier, and is done by a third party refill place ( like paying at one of those places that can refill all carriers ) they don't usually stipulate or add BBIS they just put the money towards the bill.
Some places you have to specify to add the BBIS service. Had the same issue when had prepay and had to set up six email addresses all over again. And was never able to get my firstname.lastname@example.org account name back.
