BIS Online setup

On Friday all the links within my My Tmobile accounts that would bring me to the T-Mobile BIS page have dissappeared. Those who use this page know you can setup your email, change signatures, resend service books from it. I called on Sunday morning and was told by 1 rep that RIM was elminating the BIS configuration tool and that was why T-Mobile removed the links to it. Sounds really odd. I called back and talked to 2 other reps who said that hey hadn't heard anything about the BIS web tool going away and concurred that such a move would certainly be odd. They, however could not give a reason why I could no longer access it. Are other folks able to access the web BIS configuration tool on "My-Tmobile", has anyone heard anything about RIM dropping the web configuration tool for BIS. (Not eliminating BIS itself, just the web tool,)
