AT&T Support tried everything for me -- but they can't get into Blackberry diagnostics on their end either: "Okay it looks like it has to be a Blackberry data issue. Everything else looks good in our system. I can't get into any of the Blackberry systems to view your email set up or to send your service books to reset anything. Your firewalls are open and nothing is being blocked, a reset on the battery was no issue, you have enough free memory -- has to be Blackberry -- but they haven't published anything to us". So I guess we wait -- as the AT&T blackberry url continues to say: Service temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. Please try again later.
