Default Billing

I manage the TMobile account at my job and was wondering if anyone else came across this. On our bill the numbers are listed and then have the charges for that line listed to the right. I called TMO and asked if they could change the number to the staff members name or add the staff members name to make it easier to identify the line and i was told no. I have managed Sprint and VZ accounts before and i know this is possible with them. any help would be great.

I Have Had The Same Issue Just Keep An Excel With The Details Of Each User
