I have this plan no contract for 39.99. Is there a cheaper plan like this ?

No I have a tour on tmo and vzw I have a tmo bb plan no voice I thought they had it for 24.99

Unlimited DATA ONLY plan is $39.98...

Unlimited data with a voice plan is $24.99...

I have vzw plan. I buy and sell unlocked bberys I use the tmo plan to test the units I am also trying to get the tmo tether to work without success.
