Hi all,

I ordered my Titanium Curve on Nov 2nd and I recently called T-Mobile only to find out my phone is backordered. Has anyone else had this issue? How long did it take to receive your phone after being told it was backordered? I don't want the gold one...lol...I'm picky that way.

Not had that issue. But, let me say the gold coloured one looks much nicer in the fleash, than it does from photos, etc...

I may have to go check it out at a local store and compare. Maybe I'll switch my order, but I doubt it...lol.

Same thing happened to me. I was a little peeved at t-mob because they didn't state on their website it was out of stock, nor did they bother texting/calling/emailing me to let me know. I went to my local t-mob store and bought one...In and out.

Same problem her with it being backordered, so I went to a 3rd party retailer. Seems they've stockpiled these things!

thier website now reflects its backordered. Anyone know if the rumor that t-mobiles getting the 8310 now as well is true at all? (difference between 8310 and 8320 is the 8310 has gps where the 8320 has wifi)

i ordered my Titanium (seems like there are no delays with the gold!) 8320 curve on Nov 5 and after speaking to T-Mobile was told it would arrive around the 20th - yes its a shame they didnt reflect the out of stock on the website at the time!!

what also annoys me, is that at the time of placing the order, it would only let me have delivery to the billling (home) address, a few days later i emailed t mobile to change this only to be informed that changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order!! - 1 hour??? it hasnt even been shipped yet??? more like its too mch work for them to change it!!!

I had originally ordered the Titanium Curve on Oct. 28th and was informed they went on backorder on the 29th. One rep went ahead & told me the Pale Gold was in stock so I switched my order & received my phone the next day.

I was informed that the backorders may be received after Thanksgiving, there was no way I was waiting that long.

I ordered my blackberry titanium on oct 29th and have not yet received it...i called tmobile and i was notified on nov 4 that it was backordered...they also did not call or txt. i dont think that i would have wanted the pale gold. i would much rather have the titanium. have any of you received it yet? for anyone who lives in CA?

Checked the UPS tracking by reference this morning and my curve is on it's way!!!! Woot for me!! Curve Titanium...no gold baby!! Should be here by tomorrow morning. I'm adding @Home today.

woohoo - just checked with UPS (been checking everyday) and its out for delivery today!!!

- only downside is there isnt anyone at home during the day, so heres hoping i get home before the delivery - as they sometimes deliver up to 7pm 'fingers crossed'

Yep I was going to order online as well but I did not want gold. so I checked with the local T-Mobile Store and they had several in stock. It was nice walking out of the store with the phone.

I just checked the ups tracking order online! and guess what? im getting my curve today! yay! so excited!

made it home in time from work last night - so glad that UPS deliver up till 7pm - im sooo glad i waitied for the titanium, its a thing of beauty


looks like t mobile must of had a big batch in, as all of a sudden everyone os getting there orders

What number do you use to check your shipment status. The customer service rep told me something about my number but there was too much noise on the other end to really hear her clearly. She said it was my phone number and something else. What do I input on the ups site?

Jeff - you would need those last few numbers to track your phone.

Why in the world did some people wait so long to upgrade? This sounds bad but true...My wife delivered our 2nd child on Sept 24 (Curve release date) via C-section. I had 3 hours to spare before I could see baby or mommy. So guess where my 5 yr old and I went, yep the the TMO in the mall. Picked up the titanium Curve and went back to the hospital w time to spare. Good luck everyone. I hope your orders are fulfilled ASAP.

the only number you need to track your shipment with ups is your phone number as xxx-xxx-xxxx in track by reference number.


- i should know, i was checking mine every day till suddenly it appeared and gave me tracking info.....
