Default Backing up address book on My T-mobile

So when I was signing up wit T-mo my understanding was that my address book could be backed up online. But when I logged into my T-mo account online I just see the option to enter names and phone numbers manually and then those numbers are updated to my BlackBerry on its next reboot. So is there really no way to back it up on the T-mo website? *please don't start telling me how to sync my address via google or using spreadsheets because that's not what I'm asking *

Only phones that are mobile backup compatible such as almost all of the Samsung's that we carry, can do that type of thing. Unfortunately, BB's don't have that feature.
