´We´ve got a big problem in germanys t-mobile net: there´s no current rate for bb´s which works without problems and unbelieveable bills. Nearly every app uses normaly the bb-apn. Data-Flats you can book for your bb are committed to the t-mobile (t-zones) apn. So you got bills about nearly 4,- Euro for every MB you consume! Every month you have to contact the service-hotline to explaine and to beg for refund! Additional sometimes the bb data compression doesnt work... t-mobile knows this problem about two years and ignore it. The service is allways friendly, but i have a circle of friends for phoning- i need no new contacts by t-mobile :-(

I have no clue what your problem is here, or if you even have a data plan.

If you want data access, pay for it, if you are paying for it, have you tried epc.tmobile.com as your APN?

I pay every month a lot of Euro for my data plan (Flate rate) I can consume 200MB monthly. I use ca. 100-250 MB monthly with my BlackBerry. And it doesnt matter, what apps i use or in which way my 9700 is configured: t-mobile takes every month (extra beside my data plan!) 400-800 Euro! I get the money back every month again, but the 200MB free dataplan (waiting in my contract to consume!) is nearly virgin and not reduced! T-mobile Germany told me, that they cant influence the apn-choice and dont know in which way they can change it! They sell only dataplans for using the t-mobile apn and they wish , that the used software should discern a BlackBerry (using the BlackBerry apn) and hoped, that the bought data-volumina would transfered mutual. But it doesnt work since neraly two years! It began two years ago with a new rate. and supporting apples iPhon! The dataplans for bb-users (web'n'walk) was for new contracts without any substitute deleted! The only dataplan you can book is calling webmail (s,m or L) and offers only 50MB. Theres no possibilty for more, cause all other dataplans doesnt work with BlackBerry! I dont wait for a solution in this forum. But i want to tell everybody in which way BlackBerry users (with new contracts since 1-2 years) in Germany are harmed by t-mobile Germany! My contract is raound 8 years old, but 2 years. Ago i want to optimize them- i book some different. After this everything was like i dicribed! A return to my old conditions wasnt possible, cause my web'nwalk data plan doesnt excisted any longer in the new rate poltics!
