Unhappy APN settings; Browser problems

So here's the problem;

My APN settings are as follows: ecp.tmobile.com (I don't have BIS or BES)

Until 2 days ago, the browser could work, and all my other apps, such as Ubersocial, BerryReader, as well. But, it's suddenly stopped working.

The thing is when I reboot it, BerryReader automatically connects and notifies me of new RSS feeds, and I CAN actually refresh my home feed in Ubersocial, which means that upon reboot, APN settings work fine. But as time passes, TCP stops working by itself? Does anyone know why? D:

The APN settings you have are for a T-mobile USA subscriber.

Generally speaking in order to have a Blackberry connect properly to the wireless network or internet you need to have a data plan. (BIS or BES)

You need to talk to your wireless carrier about a data plan.

Then how come it connects to the internet sometimes.? I've ever downloaded a couple of themes via OTA too.
