Hey I was wondering if anyone that has had several warranty exchanges with a Curve 8320 has been offered an 8520 as an alternative? I'm hoping to exchange my gold 8320 and see if Tmo can hook me up with a new 8520 the only reason I ask this is because I know that they exchanged my 8800 with a brand new 8820 a while back, so I hope good ol' Tmo is still kind.

It doesn't hurt to call them and feel around to see how they act. Talk to a couple CSRs, they might offer you a refurb 8520.

If this is your first exchange on the 8320, you'll get another 8320 unless they are completely out of them. After several exchanges of the same device in a certain time frame, they may be able to offer something different.
