Exclamation Any no-contract or prepaid - Unlimited minutes and Blackberry plans out there?

I will be visiting the United States this summer for a whole month and was looking for a prepaid or no contract phone plan which will allow me unlimited domestic minutes and the use of my Blackberry service.

I already have a new unlocked Blackberry Bold 9700 (GSM / Sim Card version) - so I will really need only a SIM card and I'll be good to go. Boostmobile was an option with a $60 for unlimited talk and Blackberry plan, but it does not support SIM based phones and only CDMA handsets which they provide.

Can someone please tell me if T-Mobile or anyone else (Who are on a GSM or SIM Card Network) has any non contract plans and what they will cost? I found a Blackberry plan for $39.99 a month and $0.45 for incoming or out going calls (Which is too expensive) on T-Mobile's site.

Please let me know if there are other options or prices available for unlimited, no-contract plans.

Get the unlimited Even More Plus plan. You'll get the SIM for free. The plan is 79.99/month for unlimited everything (minutes, txt, BB data) and there is NO contract whatsoever.

This plan sounds perfect for you.

I can't seem to find that 'unlimited Even More Plus plan' @$79.99/month on the current TM site:
The current price for that unlimited BB is @$39.99/month
But, add @$.49/minute voice.

He/she might have to also get the unlimited voice @$50/month 'prepaid plan'.

The other carrier to check out is ATT for GSM phones in the US.

Oh it's there. Go under plans, individual plans, and look at the even more plus plan prices. It's there. I was just there today. If I find a link, I will post it here.

The OP wants a plan with Blackberry that includes unlimited voice and no contract. The one you link to has no BB:

Even More Plus Unlimited Talk + Text + Web
This plan includes:
• Unlimited nationwide calling
• Unlimited domestic messages (text, picture, video, and IM)
• Unlimited Web access
• No annual contract
• Unlimited T-Mobile to T-Mobile calling
• Unlimited Nights and Weekends
• Free domestic long distance and no digital roaming charges across the US

The "BB Even More Plus, no Annual Contract" @39.99 has a .49 minute voice charge. That means an additional PREPAID unlimited voice only @50/month, is needed.

Even More Plus BlackBerry Unlimited Web & E-mail
This plan includes:
• Unlimited e-mail
• Unlimited Web access
• No annual contract
• Voice calls $0.45 per minute, including nationwide long distance and roaming
• Compatible with BlackBerry® phones

There is BB web and data. The 79.99 plan I linked has UNLIMITED Minutes (no per min charge), and NO annual contract.

The 79.99 price includes unlimited min, text, and web...which can EITHER be for a smartphone or a dumbphone. It can be used on a smartphone, either BB or Android, at no extra charge.

I've used this plan myself on my Blackberry. It does support the phone. The OP just needs to make sure that T-Mobile knows that he is using a BB so they can set the web portion of the plan correctly to BB. He will get BB data...BBM, web, email, everything.

The BB no-contract plan you are looking at is BB web ONLY and doesn't include unlimited minutes and I think the OP said that it would be too expensive and needs unlimited min.

Thus, the Even More Plus min/text/web would be perfect for him.

Artemis68 is right, as I have the same plan(unlimited everything) which automatically covers data on any phone, after taxes and fees it reaches about $93.

NO CONTRACT!

I'm not sure you visited the link Artemis posted. It includes everything the OP requested.

I think maybe mandony may have gotten confused.

I'm very familiar with these plans and know that the "Web" part includes any kind of data...smart or dumbphone. I just know that from experience and such. The site is a bit misleading so that people not familiar with this plan may see "web" and think that it doesn't apply to smartphones. There is NO mention of Android/BB or whatnot, so I can see where the person got confused.
