Any help please!!!

Hi guys,

im new here so be gentle with me.

Im on t mobile solo fixed £20 a month price plan and my blackberry storm will not work at all

cannot make calls or send text or recieve them!!! ive seen youtube videos where ppl have them working fully with the internet aswell i started following the thread on her on how to get it all working but i have no service books as i cannot recieve anything??
i am soo in need of help
will i need to change networks??

any help will be well apreciated thanks for reading

When I got my Storm I used this guide.

I'm guessing from your monthly plan cost that you're on T-Mobile UK. My suspicion is the instructions are different from T-Mobile US. Take a look in the Worldwide Carriers forum http://forums.crackberry.com/f75/ . Maybe one of the moderators will move this thread there so you don't have to double post.
