because of a credit reversal?!? what in the world? my payment comes out of my checking and keep in mind ive had this phone for only two months if you (T-Mobile) mess up something on my acct thats your fault and im not paying the price for it...i got it back on but now im on my way to the store to cut this mess off i dont have time to be worried every month if something going to go wrong with my bill thats insane.......
i swear i have been with every cell phone company in the US and now im more than sure that I am gettin rid of all my phones and will be using a landline....forget about a cell these greedy dont know they doing always trying to get folks companies can go on somewhere far away from me!

It's all going to be one big company again one of these days... the old AT&T owns the world again... you just wait and see... the small companies are disappearing right now and cell phone companies are even buying the land line companies.

If it is because you didn't have the funds then it is your fault. Have the $ to pay your bill or you don't deserve to use it. And going off on a cust service rep(who btw didn't personally turn ya phone off, so its unnecessary to act as if you have a personal problem with him or her) will get you no where, just make you look ignorant and embarrass yourself. And yeah go ahead and get the phone turned off, paying the ETF so then they get even more $ and you have no phone, that's smart.

I don't mean to be mean but it really bothers me when people don't pay their bills and act surprised when services are terminated! Let's try to live within our means.

First off the my bank acct has 6 figures in it a funky 70 phone bill that automatically gets deducted won't even put a dent in my account....they messed up on my bill they forgot to charge my cycle for a service as stated before not my fault fix it on the next cycle don't charge me and cut my phone off cause yall messed up ....don't assume because I'm black I have an attitude did you telepathically hear my convo wit tmobile ? Don't assume I can't pay my bills do you have a degree and a salary based job or are you a nobody that spends 24 7 on a forum site? Most importantly don't ? My intellegiance.....the first three words of assume is what you all you all have acted like in this thread and it needs to be locked asap no more ignorant comments please!
