Angry $993.60 Phone Bill

Thats My ***** bill For this month Im Trying to get it resolve

Update;
i went to Dominican Republic From 6/20 to 7/4 and they charge me for roaming $600
so lets wait for them to fix it

that suck, they just sent me a 770 dollar bill, It is like that every month since suncom got bought out for me
, every month I am calling them they cant ever get it right.

It seems that the "unlimited int'l data" loop is a thing of the past now. Everyone's getting charged.

sounds like it's time for a call to the retention department, The great thing about Tmobile is the customer service is pretty good they need to make this right for you.

People seem so surprised when they get roaming charges. Why?

All of the carriers work the same way. This is not just a T-Mobile thing. The iPhone with AT&T have these ridiculous international data deals unless you have a code for the 65 dollar unlimited domestic and international data price (which I have in my super secret vault of knowledge). You need to call customer service before you travel outside of your home country and be clear about your expectations and what T-Mobile or any carrier for that matter will be charging you for.
