Question 9780 3G-EDGE-GPRS question

I have the 9700 and im wondering...those of you with the 9780 do you still get the 3G-EDGE-GPRS drops like on the 9700 when on a call?

This is usually an issue with local tower outages.
If you are far from the location where the degradation occurs, does the problem still occur?
Call 611 CS and ask them for status of the towers near where you have the problem. On their end, they can sometimes connect you with a different tower. They can also put in a service request.

Be a pest. I had a problem in a high tower density area, New York City, where towers had data service problems for two weeks. It took five calls before data service fully came back.

It doesn't seem to be a signal strength or coverage issue, at least not for me.

yes. brand new sim card on my 9780 and get it all over town. is a pain
