9700 running .344 EastAsia FW - Visual Voice Mail not working
As soon as I got my tmobile branded 9700, I flash the firmware to .344 EastAsia version. I have been trying everything I can think of and talked to Tmobile twice, they just can understand why visual VM is not working on my phone.
Every time I starts VVM, the screen display the following message:
Visual Voice Mail is not set up. Have you added Visual Voice Mail to you wireless account?
I have VVM, so I press the "yes" button. Then, I get the following screen:
Please call voice mail to set up.
At the bottom of the screen are "Cancel" button and "Call Voice Mail" button. I choose the Call Voice Mail button, the phone just dial VM. That's all. What should I do?
Do I need to downgrade to TMO's firmware to use VVM? or at least to get things going?
Anyone experiencing similar problem?
