Default 9700 Phone Exchange & OS Question .442-.330

I might have to exchange my bold (9700) again but i upgraded my os, should i revert it back to .330 before i send it back?? do they check things like that when they get phones back? i know they look for that sticker saying if there is water damage but do they turn on the phones and check stuff like that.

You should revert it back to TMO's OS before returning. Don't give them any excuse to screw you.

I support MyVeggie's thoughts. T-Mobile's supported OS is .330. They could return the phone back to you if it comes in with any other OS and claim that you're not in compliance with T-Mo's rules by running an unsanctioned OS.
