I really want this phone and I said I just wanted the full discount. Of course the only price they can give you is 179.99 with no rebate. I'm sure your plan price, how long you've been with them, and if you are late with payments plays a factor. He offered me 2 but I just needed 1. So call and ask the worse that can happen is they say no. Just remember to be nice and don't demand.
Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com | are you still on contract when you did that?
I am in a very similar situation as you. ~6yrs, 5 lines. But all lines are still on contract til end of the year; I upgraded all phones last year. I call retentions to try to get some deals once in a while, and sometimes I get the feeling they're blowing me off cuz they know I can't actually cancel cuz that will be a lot in termination fees.
