8520 Themes with more icons & page pulse for the hearing impaired

As a new blackberry 8520 owner, I would love to have more icons on my homepage, like the L shape (including 8 icons on the home screen of my first blackberry 8320).

Would anyone know of a theme which would allow me to have more of these?

One of the other blackberries has this ball in the middle of the screen and then several smaller globes (balls) around it. With the tracking ball, one can make is spin and select more icons. This woud increase the number of icons from five on the bottom of the 8520 screen and add 3-5 more globes around the center ball (globe) I mentioned above.

I would be very grateful to learn of this.

Also, I am hearing impaired and would love to have more ringtones from which to choose. All my earlier phones came with a lot of loud ringing tones. Unfortuately, I've been limited with the Blackberry.

Plus, it would be nice to have a ringtone which would flash the screen of my Blackberry pulsing much like the vibrations do. Then, when it is at home sitting on my coffee table, I would be able to see the ringing since I cannot hear it much of the time.
