Default 3G BB anytime soon?
Hey all,
New to Crackberry. I've asked my TMobile reps and they're clueless. Any word on a 3G BB coming to TMobile? Any specifics?

It would most likely be a crossover between every device RIM has put out recently. Just look at the Tour, it looks like an 8900 and a Bold put together. I hope it looks different than any other device.

Has anybody seen any pictures of the Driftwood lately?

ya theres a picture of it on the splash screen....it says 3G/WiFi on the about screen.....it has the 8900 look.......looks like kevin mchaluk posted it

3G is nice. I've finally got in on my Bold on T-Mobile's European network and things like photos and attachments in emails send noticeably faster.

it looks like an 8900 but with the bold's keyboard and a trackpad instead of a trackball. it also has a pleather section on the back/battery cover

The 3G Driftwood is suppose to be available in September.

It is also rumored to be 3G but not UMA compatible.

Giving up UMA for 3G is not an acceptable option for me so I'm staying with my beloved 8900 for awhile.

3G is nice but it'll be a while before I clamor for it on a Blackberry. It does what it should just fine over EDGE.
