yes, you can.
unless you're talking about the 20 month installment plan, then i doubt it. i was told by CS that it's only one 20 month installment plan per line.
but if you're talking about paying full price for each phone right there, then i don't see why they'd have a problem.

Yep you can do it. You only have to get an activation when you are taking the phone at the discounted price.

Before you get the Bold from your wireless provider, the price of the unlocked have gone down from suppliers like
J&R.com (unlocked)
Unlocked GSM Phones MobileCityOnline.com (unlocked)
Wirefly (no contract phones)

Call before you buy ... usually they have a better price on-phone then on-line
