Default $10 Web Issues - BB 8900

Ive had the T-Mo $10 Web since august, first on my samsung gravity then I had an iPhone and now my BB Curve 8900.

The Web was working as I changed the APN to internet2.voicestream.com but as of about 4 days ago it stopped working. For signal it shows lowercase gprs or edge or even uma (all lowercase). I tried uploading the generic service books through DM and even reloading the OS.

I also tried registering the HRT but no luck, my friend who works for t-mo says I need (upper-case) EDGE to have the registration message sent out.

Any ideas as I'm about to dump t-mo and if not now for sure when my 1 year contract runs out in august.

I have "individual 300 w/ $14.99 unlimited messaging and $10 Web for Phones"

Thanks!

Have you tried epc.tmobile.com as your APN yet?

I really think your luck has just run out, as BlackBerrys need a BIS data package to function properly.

Rather than "dump t-mo", get the proper data plan for the BlackBerry you are using, another carrier will force you to purchase the same data plan at a higher price.

Just tried that, no luck.

Do you know if the new "no-contract" 500 min unlimited messages and data for $59.99 would work with the bb?

Also nice signature, I compete in dBdrag. 2 RD Audio Alphamax 15s off a Cactus Sounds 5kw, Image Dynamics CTX65CS for comps and American Bass SQ780 for them. Just got my Alpine 9887 and planning on going active soon.

Yes, as long as it's one of the plans below for the BlackBerry.

Yeah I used the EM+ for a while on my 8900...I had the Unlimited one though. It includes BIS so you should be fine.

For those who read this in the future, the $10 web access was a glitch, not a feature, so there was nothing to get upset about. It was just another hole that was probably patched
