awwww I thought you meant $10 unlimited data! Darn. hahaha.

Still, if you want the 200MB, it's better than having to pay up more.

Maybe I missed something but everything on the site looked pretty much the same to me? The unlimited talk + text and 200mb is $79.99? Where are these $10 data plans?

Hahahaha yeah I had that TINY little hope when I was clicking through TMO site but just knew I was hoping for too much

BUT........ $10 is still better then the current $15 if you HAVE or are getting 4G and are fine with limited internet. I know lots of people who basically just check email and pop on net to look something up once in awhile

None that I know of. Just thought some people paying $15 NOW might want to get the $10 deal. Many on the forum have switched to 4G mytouch or G2. price also good on there laptop stick data

The new web plans are called "4G Web 200MB" or "4G Web Unlimited".

They really don't have anything to do with your phone's capability to use 4G internet. It's just a funny name for it and all phones can use these plans.

    Really??????

I thought they only were offering it with the 4g devices. I guess it probably works with all phones amd you have to actually ASK to get it with other phones instead of the offer popping up

Off the topic a tad but my freaking $5 internet on my dumbphone works just as fast and well as my BB smartphone internet. Only difference for me is the pushmail

Yeah they work with any phone. It's just a funky naming scheme.

And you don't need those plans for a 4G device. I have a G2 (4G device) and I have the Preferred Android Unlimited Web plan...none of the "4G web ones".

wait, i was under the impression that the 10 dollar 200mb data plan was a forever deal (well, until they do a revamp of everything). any idea when this expires? cuz i gotta jump on this before it ends.

They are calling it a PROMO but who knows??????

Usually when TMO says promo it can last a week or a month. I have however noticed that when TMO says PROMO it usually really is a PROMO price and not a forever price.

The $10 data packages have been so popular, I doubt they'll get rid of them for quite a while. They're available on all smartphone devices, 4G or not.

The $10 package only applies to the new EM/EM+ plans, not grandfathered ones if you do an upgrade.

This package does not apply to the WebConnect sticks

I see this advertised when I log into myt-mobile.com but it doesn't say anything about blackberries. Can the $10/month be used on blackberries? I have looked under plans/services in my account and it does not show up there.

Yeah SlickRick, the $10 data plan is for all smartphones...you just have to get the Blackberry one to make sure you have access to RiM's servers.

Hmmm i didn't know it covered BB also

Very tempting to switch up since i don't use alot of data on my BB. i looked up my account and it says 20. What the heck does that mean? I like the new tmo account pages but have no idea if 20 means kb or what.

Yeah the 200MB plans (both the $10 and $15) are available for dumbphones and all smartphones.

It's a good deal if you don't use a lot of data. There's even a cap at overages at like $40 so if something happened, you don't get a scary high bill.

It's 20MB...not KB. Sounds like you do some emailing and not too much else. I'm using like 1026 MB right now. Then again, I'm on Android, lol.

    Nevermind I just checked.
It's $15 for BB. i thought you meant bb was $10 too. I have grandfathered plan

Not worth $5 difference to go unlimited to limited.

Tmobile is trying so hard to break us grandfathered people. All they do is offer these deals for people who are willing to get new plans!!! They will have to sweeten the pot way more then that to break me!

i dont know if this is tru but i chatted with a t-mobile agent...her name is erica...

"info: Thank you for choosing T-Mobile. A representative will be with you shortly.
info: Welcome to T-Mobile online sales support, how may I help you with your purchase today?
You: how much is your blackberry plan, just the plan,i already have the phonr
Erica: In that case you'll have to pay $10 per month for the plan.
    You: hey
    You: oh okay.
You: so that would be $10 plus the fee for call and text?
You: to clarify, the $10 will give me BIS correct?
Erica: Yes, that is right and you'll not be charged for the text and call with this.
You: what do u mean i will not be charged?
Erica: The text and calls are free with the blackberry services.
You: seriously? so it would be $10 a month which includes BIS, unlimited call and text?
    Erica: Yes you are correct.
You: damn! love it.is this on your website? can u give me a link?
Erica: I apologize but for that you'll have to visit a T-Mobile store.
You: y is it so cheap? i mean u have a plan like $49.99 and then for BB it's just $10?
Erica: Yes, it a promotion to bring new customers to T-Mobile.
You: is there an end date for this promo?
Erica: There no end date for this.
You: that's so good thanks. and this is an individual plan right?
    Erica: Yes, you are correct.
    You: perfect! thanks
Erica: Is there anything else I can help you with?
    You: wait
You: so what's the limit for the high-speed data?
Erica: The limit is for 2GB.
You: ok good. you are not kidding me right?
Erica: This is all on available at the store.
You: ok thanks!!!! you are really helpful
You: you answered all my questions
    You: i have one more
    You: hahaha
You: what are the requirements that i should bring?
Erica: In that case you just need an identity proof.
    You: no credit cards?
Erica: Yes, you can but if you order at the store you can do it with cash as well.
You: so the initial payment is $10? then $10 a month?
Erica: Yes, every month you pay $10 for the service.
You: is the unlimited call and text applicable only to t-mobile to t-mobile
Erica: It'll will be to any of the blackberry phones.
You: huh? so call and text wold be thru blackberry server?
    Erica: Yes, you are correct.
    You: $10
You: ok thanks..i'll just visit a store for more questions
Erica: Is there anything else I can help you with?
    You: nope..thanks a lot
    You:
Erica: Thank you for choosing T-Mobile. Have a great day. We value your feedback, please click on the "End Chat" button to provide us your views on your chat experience today"
