will AT&T accept my phone for exchange?
Everything that was included is in the box. The phone is in great conditiona, the only problem is that one side of the earphones came out. Its still attached but the gold thing that goes in the ear kinda came out.

The earphones that came with the phone?
Accessories are usually not included with exchanged or returns on devices.

I recently traded in a 9000 and the only thing they were interested in was the charger. The trade in amount isn't as good as you would get if you sold it to someone though.

I'm trying to exchange my bb torch for the iphone. My torch is less than 30 days old. So I'm about to send the torcj but I'm wondering if they would care at all for the broken earphones.
