I purchased a captivate early this week and I am disappointed with the phone completely and I was wondering could I exchange for a torch? Since the prices are the same and I am within the 30 day return/exchange period.

AT&T corporate stores will charge a $35.00 (USD) restocking fee it's in the return policy
