    Default Put in a claim, now my screen is cracked.

    Put in a warranty claim on my phone for a speaker problem, then my screen got cracked after it was dropped. What should I do since a replacement is on the way? I don't want to get stuck paying the $425 fee for physical damage.

    Call AT&T and ask if you can just return the replacement device. Then do an insurance claim if you have it. Otherwise you'll be paying the fee.

    Just return the replacement device to them and call and file a claim on the phone you are using now. I've sent back replacement phones that worked worse than my previous one, they will not charge you.
