Is it possible to just cancel just the internet service?

I currently own a BB Bold 9000 and the 2 years should be over in about a week. Question is, I'm in a family plan with my parents and was wondering if I could just cancel the internet on it but still have the voice/texting (as I don't use the internet at all anymore) and if not, I might just cancel the number altogether and switch to Sprint (interested in the Evo 4G). Thanks in advance.

blackberries are required to have a data plan on AT&T.

Alright thanks, guess I'll just cancel the line for now and just resort to a simple non-smartphone for the time being.

It can be done, but it depends on the rep you're talking to. My brother owns a BB Curve and my mom asked the rep if it was possible to take off the data plan, and he said he could do it.
