Hello,

What are the new cell line sign up requirements for AT&T?

I will be holding a F-1 Student visa, does that make me qualified for an account? Or will I be subject to a credit check (which I don't have anything to check in the US)?

regardless of your status..
you will undergo a credit check.
and there will be no record at this time since you don't have any yet.
they will ask you to have a security deposit of $500/line.
so if it's a family plan that's $1,000.00
it now depends on the store manager/ employee if that will be a consumable $500 meaning you can use it to cover the bills.
OR
in most cases, they will return that to you after a year.
after you have established a credit history.
