Okie dokie, recently got a message that "MyWirelessMobile" was available for my 9700.
Went through the install process, and have yet to be able to log into it.
I have to enter my wireless number and password EVERY time I attempt a log in, have clicked on "Save Password" EVERY time I have attempted a log in, (it doesn't save my number OR password), and I get the following message EVERY time:
"We apologize for the inconvenience but this service is temporarily unavailable."
If the service is always "unavailable", AT&T, why was it offered?
I have been an AT&T customer (and Cingular before that - and Bell South Mobility before that - and maybe a couple of other names - can't remember all of them) since 1991, and the trials and tribulations of dealing with AT&T never cease to amaze me.
Can one of the AT&T folks on here come up with an answer on the "unavailability" of the app?
