    Default Microcell Tower and visual voicemail

    I have the AT&T Microcell tower but i have been having some issues with my visual voicemail. Mainly I can not access it. and the voicemail doesnt show up for hours. Then when I try to access it from another phone it tells me someone has alreay accessed my voicemail with my password. What the heck is going on??
