Has anyone ever returned an item for an exchange before?
How long does it take for a phone to get to At&t's warehouse?

How did you guys get notified that the phone was exchanged? Did you use the tracking number at all. It seems like they use a service called smartlabel newgistic, I entered my info there but nothing :/

Always, always, always keep a copy of the tracking number for anything you ship out.

I did take the tracking number. I just find it weird that nothing is showing up on the tracking website after 2 business days of shipping it, I'm guessing it should already have some sort of information available. Maybe I'm just paranoid this time because this is the second time I'm sending a phone for an exchange. The first one was "lost" in transit so ATT credited me back my money, got myself the same phone, and now exchanging it again.
