Default Can't "delete" Blackberry plan on ATT website?!?

This is just ridiculous. Every single feature has a "I don't want this feature anymore" option. Every feature except the blackberry plans. Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?

Just call them and have them change your plan.

The beauty of the internet is that you don't have to deal with clueless CS people who will just ruin your day. If that's my only choice.....

It's not really that hard though. I had to switch my IMEI to switch off the BB plan and it was pretty painless.

this is something ATT CS can do very easily, they'll try to harass you about purchasing some other service. but just ignore, and you should be done fairly quickly.

I'm not sure if this would make the "I Don't Want This Anymore" come back, but I changed to the $30. Unlimited Data and Text a few weeks ago by swapping out y Blackberry and putting it in a older cell I had and then changing it online.

Couple of things about doing that:

    1 - It's actually fraud.
2 - You're still paying for data, but have no BIS... That's not very useful on a BB device.
