blackberry pearl plans?
. I think i will be getting a blackberry pearl because my co-worker said it worth getting. Does ATT(cingular) requires you to purchase data plan? because I don't really have use for it, so i'm just goin to get unlimited txt.

A Blackberry without a data plan is like buying an HDTV then putting an antenna on the roof.... lol (but I think AT&T will let you.)

Yup, they will..pointless..but they will...if the store rep says you can't, just allow him to put it on then walk out the door call cust care and have them remove it.

I just got my bb and the rep guy said u cant but i had it fo a few days before I went into Cingular to get the plan because I like to go online, so if you think you can resist that temptation the go for the unlim text but then y get a bb just get a reg phone like the razr2
