Greetings,

I am apparently being transitioned from Verizon to AT&T. Per the website, I find that the date to order a phone has passed so I will be automatically sent a phone. This, even though, I never received any messages from either carrier regarding the switch. Is there any way to find out which phone I am being sent? About 3 1/2 years ago, I left AT&T for Verizon because there was poor coverage in my home area. Has AT&T improved their coverage area since that time? I'm a bit apprehensive about this whole situation.

Never been an Alltel customer, but am a VZW customer in a former Alltel stronghold. That's why this sucks the most.
