App World/AT&T Carrier Billing Issue
I was not sure where to post this...
I have made purchases in App World 3.0 with my paypal, regular credit card and carrier billing. I've purchased like 3 apps with carrier billing and now it tells me
"There was a problem connecting to the payment system. Your transaction has not been processed. Please try again later. (Error Id: 40011)"
I called AT&T and asked if there is a spending limit for carrier billing and they said no.

There is a spending limit. $100 per month, and that's not per billing cycle.
