Default what will they do?

I've had ATT since August...

IT SUCKS

does anyone know what CS might start to do if I call in, every single day for a month straight complaining about the service?

i have my phone unlocked and i've told them that i don't have the same issues when i use my tmobile sim card...

i've made a standing appointment to call every day at 10am to let them know how terrible the service is (politely)

if after a month, do you think they will do anything at all? i'm leaving them. i've already re-established my account with t-mobile so i guess what im wanting is for them to eventually let me out of my contract (wishful thinking)

but anyways i plan to call, every single day through the rest of this year

I can't say exactly how the convo will go down, but Im betting you hear, "Im sorry your having issues Mr. ***, I will be glad to help you with that", "Have I resolved all your concerns today?", and "Thank you for being an AT&T customer", oh and lets not leave out "Have a nice day", probably on every call. Good luck man.

Yeah, what blackrocker said. For me, during the day at work, on the rare occasion that I have a good connection, my phone screams. But usually this supposed 4G absolutely sucks. Something is seriously wrong when I am showing 5 bars on 4G and it crawls -- if it moves at all -- but on 2G everything moves just fine. I can't count the times I've been on the horn with CS and gotten the same BS. They do something, then have me pull my battery, then things seem to work for awhile, then a few hours later or the next day it's all crap again. Extremely frustrating.

Pulling the battery forces a full boot on MOST phones, and reestablishes a connection to the cellular network, possibly on a different transceiver and likely through a different proxy server.

I always recommend testing your SIM in a different phone to see if the problems manifest on completely different hardware. Having done that will allow support to bypass a LOT of steps.

Ok, so at&t is aware of a number of 'critically degraded' towers in my area causing spotty 4G coverage in the last few days. At least one of them is scheduled for repair this week, and the others should be soon. So it isn't my phone, and it isn't my imagination. Funny thing is, this thing doesn't do too badly on 2G. But I do hope they get this sorted out soon.

I've been down this road with big blue before. Their answer after calling repeatedly, each time with empty promises of tower repair/upgrade.....

"The contract doesn't guarantee any level of quality regarding service"

Even though they had a corporate store in the area (less than 5 miles away), 2Kbps down was acceptable in their book.

True, every time I rebooted, I had a strong 3G connection, that waned quite rapidly. I you get lucky, they'll release you from your contract.
