vvm problem

I have a torch on att, and lately my vvm isn't working. It worked for awhile and just quit and my icon is gone. Whenever I get a voicemail, I get a text that says this... (Xxxxxxxxxx is where it says my phone number)

alpsgaacds02.attwireless.net:5400?f=0&v=601&m=xxxx xxxxxx&p:&S=I&s=5433&t=xxxxxxxxxx:A:NorcrossAP067: ms06:client:32917

i was getting that on my phone (rogers 9780). it has to do with the provisioning. make sure your account still has VVM on it.

Still getting the error. I took it off my plan and re added it even. When I logged in, it said I still have vvm...
