Using Tmobile 9300 on AT&T

I unlocked my old Tmobile 9300 and tried to use it on AT&T. I have a data plan but my bis account won't work. I called AT&T and Tmobile and it seems like my bis account is still with Tmobile and AT&T's network won't recognize my phone as a blackberry. For some reason my app world today allows me to create a new bis account so I did and logged on to it. Would I be able to activate BIS on this Blackberry with this new account? I really wanna use push on it.

you have to cancel you bis subscription with your previous carrier first, b4 you can use it on any other network
