Trying to register my unlocked rogers on ATT BIS

howdy,

so I have a rogers unlocked on att right now. I registered an att email on the phone, and last week and updated my EMEI on file with ATT. But Im not sure if I need to go to ATT's BIS page and register. I previously had a 9700 and I registered it with ATT.

When I log on to the ATT BIS register site on my phone it wont let me "Create an account" . It tells me:

"Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service."

I tried turning off my wifi and doing it via BIS.

My question is, do I need to do this on the site? Or is my phone call to ATT sufficient? Sorry- im new to this whole new BIS/blackberry scene..

Your email is tied to your blackberry id now. No more BIS website login. But you should be able to login if you had an account setup before.
