Unhappy Is It True That AT&T Contributes Money To "Tea Party" Canidates?

If so does anyone know how long it might take before the Bold 9900 reaches Verizon?

I have been an at&t user for many years, and have greatly enjoyed their service, but earlier today I saw a picture, It was of a flyer someone was mailed from a competitor; I have no idea if this was just made up by the company which produced this flyer or if it is actually true.

I know that sometime soon AT&T will be acquiring T-Mobile, the company which the New Bold 9900 is rumored to debut with, so (in the case that what is shown above is in fact true) I will ot be able to switch to them, but I do not want to switch to Verizon, Sprint, etc. as I was hoping to buy a Bold Touch. Does anyone know how long it may take before it is brought to other cariers, or if the T-Moble rumors are false?

All hel is greatly appriciated.

Tech and the Tea Party: Why Verizon and AT&T Are Donating to Republicans

That's the only recent article I could find.
& I don't really care what they do with their money, as long as I get my service/what I pay for.

Seriously, what they are doing is called economic survival. They give money to both sides in order to keep from having a target plastered to their backsides.

If you're gonna base your economic decisions on what a company gives money to politically, you'll be consistently disappointed. Reality bites. Get the best service you can and go forward.
