Default Talk about getting screwed over with LTE...

That blazing fast AT&T 4G LTE they are rolling out?....

"Data sessions may be conducted only for the following purposes: (i) Internet browsing; (ii) email; and (iii) intranet access."

Talk about getting bent over and reamed.

For comparison this is Verizon's...

"You can use our Data Services for accessing the Internet and for such things as: (i) Internet browsing; (ii) email; (iii) intranet access ... (iv) uploading, downloading and streaming of audio, video and games; and (v) Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)."

Not saying Verizon is beacon of greatness but at least I can take full advantage of my LTE devices.

Umm, the text doesn't say that you are restricted from doing pretty much anything on your actual phone. You are aware that the internet is more than just the web, right?

You equate a policy you don't understand the wording of to sexual assault?

I've been around before the internet was the internet I think I fully understand the wording and what the heck are you talking about sexual assault? When you get your AT&T LTE fire up Netflix and see what happens. Try to make a VOIP call too. Don't talk down to me little boy.

AT&T has no policy to restrict you from doing anything legal with data on your phone. VOIP is allowed, just not supported. I believe the official policy is "if you can still browse the web, contact the service provider for support". If NOBODY could use VOIP applications, that would be one thing, but that most definitely isn't the case. Test alternatives like Google Voice to determine if the entire breadth and width of VOIP services aren't working correctly.

On a 2GB data plan? Bump up to 4GB for just a day, and see if you can access Netflix streams through a tethered device. You can always change right back, but I recommend waiting a day to see if the attempt resulted in a lot of data being transceived.

tl;dr:
AT&T doesn't block access anything, since it was declared illegal to do so. Time for real troubleshooting and testing.

In closing, I am prescribing one chill pill, to be taken orally with the beverage of your choosing.
